Conifer’s Private Dining Room offers a fully enclosed, elegantly designed space for exclusive gatherings. From rehearsal dinners and birthdays to executive meetings, our team will ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Private Dining Room

  • Conifer’s Private Dining Room banquet table comfortably seats up to 18 guests.

    Seating times can start as early as 5 pm, or as late as 8 pm. The Private Dining Room is yours to enjoy for the whole evening.

  • Conifer has two Private Dining Room menu options depending on your desired experience.

    • Three-Course Classic, $95 per person*:
      A thoughtfully curated 3-course meal featuring a fresh salad, choice of main, and dessert—plus Conifer’s famous gluten-free cheddar biscuits.

    • Taste of Conifer, $150 per person*:
      A 5-course culinary journey showcasing the best of the Conifer’s local partners and artisan producers—a seasonal leafy salad and gluten-free cheddar biscuits for the table, a hearty appetizer, a pre-main course (ex. gnocchi), your main (ex. the freshest Pacific catch or local lamb), and a decadent dessert.

    *Price per person before tax and a 20% gratuity is applied.

  • Beverages are served a la carte, allowing each guest to choose their own drinks individually from our libation menu.

    Drinks are not included in either of our Private Dining Room menu pricing.
